Over the next 50 years 2 additional buildings were added to accompany the main house. In 1998 the Brownell Family purchased Gauthier's and in 2008 the Brownell Children came to run the property. With a new vision, and a fresh eco-conscious perspective the property, amenities and rooms have been remodeled, redressed and recycled!
